Downtown Center

We're staying here for maybe a year or more, we've been here about a month and so far everything is pretty great, the owners are so sweet and they're always doing renovations and taking care of the place so it's coming along beautifully, don't listen to the old reviews PLEASE !!! Since then they've gotten brand new owners (OWNERS THAT CARE) . We've seen no bug no mice no critters so far so don't be scared about that. The long term tenants that lived here before us are super nice , keep to themselves, when we first got here a sweet couple gave us a bunch of kitchen appliances! Very warm and welcoming. Also the AC and Heater work GREAT. One bed roomsare BIG BIG two bed rooms are big too but 1 bed is gooooood room if you need it!

The staff are amazing & helpful. They have the best prices on the mountain. They are doing amazing on the remold of this historical Hotel.

The rooms are better than I expected for looking run down. They are planning on redoing it all. There's no bugs and it's pretty quiet at night. You can definitely sleep. Animals are welcome. For the price it's better than I thought only 300.00 a week. So if your down to earth kinda people. There's a TV. That has cable. There's a small microwave. A Mexican restaurant right there too. I don't know for you but I'm enjoying it. Come see it yourself.

Travel nurse needing a place to stay. I have a very vocal blue nose pit puppy who is not very trained and is too big for his own good. Kept getting kicked out of places because of him. I so happened to get a room there through a miscommunication with the owner, I was supposed to be staying at this other location, but after staying there for a week or 2. I extended my stay with D2 through to the end of my contract. Amanda, the property manager is amazing, and very caring. Her and her daughter were always so helpful and loved my Brutus even if he wouldn't let them near him. Outside look is not the best but they are in the middle of updating the place. But due to the people alone there....I'll stay there when ever I come back to Show Low, Az. I can't thank you enough Amanda. You are one if the good people in this universe and I appreciate you.

Great place if you want breakfast burritos when you wake up. I gotta say it's better than nothing. I like how friendly the workers are. And how affordable it is for me.

My experience during my stay was absolutely awesome. Amanda was so amazing and nice. I like that. I could have my dogs there and my kids had fun as well. I also enjoyed seeing that new paint get put on the building it’s looking really nice can’t wait to come back and see it when it’s finished.

I stayed here for a long term stay. It was very affordable, quiet, and everyone was very nice. Older building, but they have worked very hard to make it clean and nice. Management is superb, and I felt very safe.
